Dungannon Model flying Club, has been established for over 25 years, located close to the M1 Motorway beside the Dungannon roundabout in the county of Tyrone. The club members, which total 26 at present, are very active in all types of modelling and with excess to some of the best flying locations in Ireland, many disciplines of the sport can be catered for e.g. Slope soaring, Aerobatics, Scale, Indoor F3p, Jet turbine, Fun fly, Heli’s and even waterplanes.
The club field has ample parking for members cars, a large pits area, club hut, storage area, full size hanger for small aircraft, a short grass strip and a grass runway for microlight.
Visiting pilots are welcome to fly at the club with club members, however all pilots must be insured with the BMFA or other recognised flying body, also please note, there is no Sunday flying.
